These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and Tokenized World LLC (“Tokenized World,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Wyoming limited liability company. They apply to tzdw.io, the pages about the book The Vault Opens, and the product pages for our apps (together, the “Site”). The apps themselves are licensed under the terms described in section 4.
1. Accepting these terms
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy and Disclosures. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. If you use the Site for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to act for it.
The Site is a general-audience website. Our apps are sold through the App Store and carry the age rating shown there. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children through the Site; see the Privacy Policy. You must have the legal capacity required where you live to enter into these terms.
2. Information, not professional advice
The Site, the book excerpts, examples, and product explanations provide general information. They are not legal, financial, investment, tax, accounting, compliance, or other professional advice. They are not a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or use any asset, token, product, issuer, custodian, exchange, or service.
Rules, markets, prices, technical standards, and provider behavior change. Check current primary sources and obtain advice from appropriately qualified professionals for your circumstances. A disclaimer does not turn individualized advice or a regulated activity into general information; we do not offer those services through the Site.
3. No public offer or solicitation
Nothing on the public Site is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security, token, investment interest, or financial product. References to investors, product plans, fictional examples, or capital needs are ordinary company information only. Any actual financing or securities process would require separate, controlled materials and terms under an applicable legal pathway.
4. Apps
Tokenized World publishes apps for iPhone and Apple Watch, currently PULSE Metronome Tuner. The apps are distributed only through Apple's App Store and are licensed to you, not sold, under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Standard EULA”), available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. If a product page or an app states different terms, those terms apply to that app instead.
Purchases, subscriptions, free trials, renewals, cancellations and refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions. We do not receive your payment details. A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period in your Apple Account settings. A one-time “Lifetime” purchase is a non-consumable in-app purchase that unlocks the paid features for as long as the app is available on the App Store; it is not a promise that the app will be maintained indefinitely.
Support for the apps is available at hello@tzdw.io. Product descriptions on the Site reflect the version of the app current at the date shown on the page; features may change between versions.
5. Information you submit
You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of information you send us and for having authority to provide it. Do not send payment details, credentials, identity documents or other sensitive material by ordinary email unless we have agreed on a suitable channel.
You keep ownership of information you submit. You give us only the limited permission needed to receive, secure, review, and respond to it, prevent abuse, and keep records as explained in the Privacy Policy. We do not obtain a license to publish it.
6. Intellectual property
The Site and its original content, design, code, and branding are owned by Tokenized World LLC or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Unless a page states otherwise, you may view, download, and print reasonable extracts for personal or internal business reference and quote short passages with attribution and a link.
You may not republish substantial portions, sell or sublicense Site content, remove notices, misrepresent our work as yours, use our marks in a way that implies endorsement, or use automated means to disrupt or extract the Site at a scale that burdens the service. Rights in third-party material remain with their owners.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use the Site to violate law or another person's rights; introduce malicious code; evade security or rate limits; interfere with availability; impersonate another person; submit material you are not authorized to provide; probe non-public systems without written permission; or send us false or misleading information.
8. Third-party services and links
The Site links to and relies on third parties, including Apple (App Store distribution and in-app purchases), Amazon (where the book is sold), Vercel, Plausible, GoDaddy, and other external sites. Their products, availability, content, and terms are controlled by them. A link does not by itself mean endorsement, partnership, or verification. Review the applicable third-party terms before using an external service.
9. Availability, changes, and corrections
We may change, suspend, or discontinue Site features and may correct content when evidence changes or an error is found. We do not promise continuous availability, preservation of unfinished form entries, or that every message will reach its destination. Where a request fails, use the displayed recovery route or contact us.
10. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, complete, current, or suitable for a particular filing, transaction, or decision.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions. In that case, the exclusions apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tokenized World LLC and its members, officers, workers, and contractors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, opportunity, or goodwill, arising from the public Site.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for claims arising from the public Site will not exceed the greater of US$100 or the amount you paid us through the Site during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply to fraud, intentional misconduct, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Liability in connection with an app is governed by the Standard EULA (section 4).
12. Governing law and disputes
Except where mandatory law provides otherwise, these terms and disputes arising from the Site are governed by Wyoming law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to any mandatory consumer forum, state and federal courts located in Wyoming will have exclusive jurisdiction. Before filing a claim, each side should give the other a reasonable opportunity to resolve it informally by written notice.
These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or a class-action waiver.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms by publishing a revised version and changing the date above. Material changes apply prospectively unless law requires otherwise. Continued use after the effective date of revised terms means you accept the revised terms.
14. General terms
If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Disclosures are the complete public-Site terms, but they do not replace the Standard EULA for an app or any separate written agreement for services, data processing, or another business relationship.
15. Contact
Questions, legal notices, and accessibility reports may be sent to hello@tzdw.io. Identify the page or request involved and do not include sensitive material in ordinary email.
